Ham with Mustard Cream

Bake your family a gourmet ham for the festive table with easy instructions and save money that can be put towards something else

Ingredients

  • 4.5kg Coles Finest Mount Mercer Outdoor Bred Glaze & Bake Semi-boneless Leg Ham
  • 300g tub sour cream
  • 2 tbsp Coles Brand Wholegrain Mustard
  • 2 tbsp chopped chives

Method

  • 1.Preheat oven to 180ºC or 160ºC fan. Line a large baking dish with non-stick baking paper. Place ham on prepared tray. Brush with half the included glaze and stud with cloves. Bake for 30 mins. Brush with remaining glaze and bake for a further 30 mins, or until golden.

  • 2.Combine sour cream with mustard and chives and stir until smooth. Carve ham and serve with mustard cream.
